Diana Bellydancer / Diana Disaronno: Fascination with beauty and music are at core of Diana's Bellydance Classes. The primary movements of Bellydance use the core and focus on isolations and sensual movement. They will minimize the waistline and improve posture. The weight bearing muscles are also used to tone your body, increase flexibility, core strength and self esteem while having a lot of fun. We will work on choreographies you'll be proud to show!
